Plastic Mold Design Software System
Focusing on the complex structure and high-precision requirements of automotive plastic molds, a professional design software matrix is built to ensure the technical feasibility from scheme to implementation.
3D Design Software:UG and CATIA software are adopted to complete full 3D modeling of automotive interior/exterior parts and triangular window glass encapsulation molds. They accurately restore product surfaces and assembly relationships, supporting seamless data docking with automaker customers.
Mold Flow Analysis Software:Moldflow software is used to simulate and analyze the mold gating system and cooling system. It predicts defects (such as bubbles, sink marks) in the filling and pressure-holding process in advance, optimizes mold structure parameters, reduces mold testing times, and shortens the development cycle.

Plastic Mold Processing Equipment Configuration
Relying on various high-precision processing equipment, full-process precision manufacturing from mold blank to finished product is realized, meeting the strict requirements of automotive molds for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
Stamping and Molding Equipment:Equipped with BRUDERER punch presses and MISK punch presses, it can complete precise stamping of mold hardware accessories; combined with CNC compression molding machines, it is suitable for supporting molding processing of DMC composite material molds.
Grinding Equipment:It has WAIDA optical contour grinders, PETEWVE optical contour grinders, surface grinders and heavy-duty surface grinders, which can perform high-precision grinding on mold cutting edges and parting surfaces to ensure uniform mold clamping clearance.
Cutting and EDM Equipment:SEIBU wire-cutting machines, SODICK wire-cutting machines and high-speed wire-cutting machines are used to realize high-precision cutting of complex mold cavities; Mitsubishi EDM machines, MAKINO EDM machines and small hole EDM machines are used to complete fine EDM processing of difficult-to-process parts of molds.
Machining Centers:FANUC machining centers are adopted, with a positioning accuracy of 0.005mm, which can complete integrated processing of mold cavities and cores, improving the overall precision and processing efficiency of molds.

Plastic Mold Testing Capabilities
A full-process testing system is established to verify mold precision and performance from mold processing to finished product delivery, ensuring compliance with automotive industry quality standards.
Dimensional Accuracy Testing:
(accuracy ±0.003mm) is used to perform 3D testing of key mold dimensions and geometric tolerances; an image measuring instrument is used to quickly verify the 2D dimensions and appearance defects (such as burrs, material shortage) of small mold parts.
Performance Reliability Testing:
A salt spray test chamber (compliant with GB/T 10125 standard) is used to simulate harsh environments to test the corrosion resistance of mold surface treatment layers and supporting composite materials; through mold testing verification, the dimensional stability and appearance quality of mold-formed products are tested to ensure consistency in mass production.
